Delivery 
Delivery within the UK is currently via Royal Mail 1st class tracked.
International delivery is via Royal Mail International Tracked. This aims to deliver 6-7 business days if there are no additional delays with customs.

**Please note any packages found to be undeliverable at the recipient end, may be returned by the shipping company. Jewels of Chiwi is not be responsible for return shipping costs and any taxes or duties upon the return and these will be deducted from any refund due**

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for customs and import taxes for purchases outside the UK and USA. Refusing to pay customs charges may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed by customs officials; in such cases, we cannot issue a refund for shipping fees. Please check your region's import duties/taxes.

USA purchases will include the PDDP (Postal delivery duties paid) at time of payment.

Jewels of Chiwi is not responsible for any import duties, taxes nor delays due to customs. 

Design
Each piece is handcrafted with care and intention, often inspired by love, memory and moments of joy. Items that may appear on the website as sold, may remain for inspiration and style and can be used as a reference for bespoke or personalised requests. No two pieces will ever be the same, variations in colour, texture and finish are what make them uniquely yours.

Bespoke Requests
For all bespoke pieces, please enquire with any details about your beloved pet. Useful inspirations include: their preferences, quirks or habits, personal style, how you would like the piece to make you and the wearer feel. Jewels of Chiwi will come up with a design concept and pricing proposal which you can then purchase by selecting the corresponding 'bespoke' option on the website. Artwork for your unique piece will commence following completion of the payment process. All bespoke pieces are non-refundable.
Pieces that are available on the website with an option to personalise with initial are also non-refundable.

Jewels of Chiwi reserves the right to decline any bespoke request that does not align with our brand values, creative direction, or production capacity, at its sole discretion.

Bespoke and Artistic Items Terms
All bespoke and personalised items are final sale and non-refundable. Full payment is required before work begins.

Each bespoke item is a one-of-a-kind, handcrafted piece of art. While customer preferences may be considered (such as colour themes or inspirations), the final design is entirely at the artist’s discretion. No drafts, previews, or approvals will be provided before the piece is created.

By commissioning a bespoke item, the customer agrees to trust the artist’s creative process and accepts that the final result may differ from any verbal or written ideas discussed. Refunds or changes will not be offered on the basis of personal taste or interpretation.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Gentle Reminder - Pet Safety First
At Jewels of Chiwi, our pieces are designed with love, style, and your furry friend in mind. But as much as we wish we could be there to wag our tails with you, we can't be responsible for any accidents, injuries, or unsafe use of our pieces or any accessories.

Please remember:
Jewels of Chiwi pieces are for style and identification, not for chewing, tug-of-war, or snack time. Always supervise your pet while they’re wearing accessories.
If your pet is a rough player, we recommend checking their jewel pendant regularly for wear.
By using our products, you acknowledge that Jewels of Chiwi is not liable for any harm or misuse.

General Product Safety Information
We use a high quality UV resin with no VOCs. All pieces are fully cured before they become available for purchase.
Jewels of Chiwi pieces are not toys. Every measure has been taken to ensure durability and that all embellishments are firmly fixed. Please keep these pieces away from babies and small children.

Jewels of Chiwi reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. 
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
