Free Worldwide Shipping

Order Processing
Available pieces without personalisations required will typically be shipped within 7 days.
Available items with requested personalisations will typically be shipped within 7 days.
Fully bespoke items will typically be shipped within 14 days of purchase, providing all requirements have been confirmed beforehand. 

Delivery
Delivery within the UK is currently via Royal Mail 1st class tracked.
International delivery is via Royal Mail International Tracked. This aims to deliver 3-4 business days for Europe and 6-7 business days for the rest of the world. 

Please note any packages found to be undeliverable at the recipient end, may be returned by the shipping company. Jewels of Chiwi is not be responsible for return shipping costs and any taxes or duties upon the return and these will be deducted from any refund due

JoC delivery to EU is currently unavailable but may be possible in future.

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for customs and import taxes for purchases outside the UK. Refusing to pay customs charges may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed; in such cases, we cannot issue a refund for shipping fees. Please check your region's import duties/taxes. 

USA orders will include the PDDP (Postal delivery duties paid) at time of payment.

Jewels of Chiwi is not responsible for any delivery duties (unless otherwise stated (USA only), import duties, taxes nor delays due to customs.
