Return Policy
Each piece created at Jewels of Chiwi is handcrafted with care, intention, and individuality. These are not mass-produced items — they are small works of art, each with its own unique details and textures.
If something arrives damaged
Every piece is carefully checked and photographed before it leaves the studio. If your order arrives ‘damaged during transit’, please make contact within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and artwork.
UK Buyer Returns
Returns are accepted on non-custom, ready-made pieces (that have had no additional personalisations added) in line with UK consumer law. To qualify:
- Please make contact within *14 days of delivery*. A return address will then be provided.
- Return the artwork in **original, undamaged condition** in its original packaging, unworn and unused. The return packaging of choice must be well-packed and prevent further damages.
- Return postage and any customs charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.

- Made-to-order pieces
Buyers outside the UK - Returns
Returns are accepted on non-custom, 'ready-made' pieces (that have had no additional personalisations added).
To qualify:
- Please make contact within *14 days of delivery*. A return address will then be provided.
- Return the artwork in **original, undamaged condition** in its original packaging. The return packaging of choice must be well-packed and prevent further damages.
- Return postage and any customs charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer. Upon inspection should the return item(s) be considered to be in their original condition, the original pricing for each item will be refunded excluding the original postage costs.
Condition on any return matters
If a piece is returned showing signs of damage, wear, or mishandling, I cannot offer a refund. These artworks are sturdy but must be treated with care.
Upon receipt of the return and following inspection, I will contact you to let you know if the return is approved.
Please note: Whilst purchasing a 'ready-made' piece where personalisation was not originally stated as an option on the website (and where the piece was not marked as 'final sale' on the website), may still be possible: Any adaptation or personalisation requested by the buyer automatically converts the piece to 'final sale' and non-refundable.
Exchanges and credit notes are not possible
